Thorough Assessment

All client care services are managed by a Clinical Supervisor. With the help of the client’s Physician and family, a thorough assessment is conducted to develop a personalized care plan based on the client’s specific needs and requests. The Clinical Supervisor coordinates with the management team, field staff, the client and their Case Manager different ways to provide the best care possible.

Aegis provides regular supervision of our home care field staff.
Client directives are put into daily practice and our teams of supervising nurses are routinely out in the field assuring those directives are appropriately implemented. All in-home nursing and aide staff are supervised in the home during the provision of care so that all standards of care are maintained

Working Collaboratively

Aegis works collaboratively with our clients and their health care professionals.
Case Managers, Primary Care Physicians, Physiatrists, and Psychiatrists are among the health care professionals that work together to implement the specialized care plan.

Aegis training
Aegis exceeds the standards for training and supervision set by the National Private Duty Association and the National Association of Spinal Cord Injury Nurses.
